The company has always invested in researching self-adhesive materials free from harmful chemical substances, working with qualified suppliers to ensure safety and compliance with international regulations. The Research & Development department continuously works on developing high-performance materials and screen printing inks compliant with the strict regulations of Italian and international markets.

Quality at the heart of the production process
Every production stage is managed with accuracy, control and traceability. Seri-Art has implemented the “MES”, a Manufacturing Execution System allowing real-time monitoring of personnel, machinery, and production data. This digital tool, integrated with our company procedures, helps prevent anomalies, reduce waste, and ensure consistent, verifiable quality in every order.
Behind every print we produce, there is indeed a control and maintenance routine that ensures efficiency and precision.
At Seri-Art, all machines in the screen and digital printing departments are managed through ISO 9001-certified maintenance scheduling, which defines the frequencies and procedures for each production department: screen printing, digital printing, lamination and cut.
Thanks also to the MES, each department has dedicated panel PCs to record production parameters, ensuring full traceability and up-to-date quality reports. The purpose is to provide a transparent, controlled and reliable process, in line with Industry 4.0 principles. Our choice: a responsible and sustainable company.
Sustainability as a priority
Running a business today also means respecting the environment. For this reason, Seri-Art has long installed a photovoltaic system sized to its energy needs, capable of producing over 120,000 kWh per year and reducing CO₂ emissions by approximately 63 tonnes.
The use of renewable energy sources allows for reduced electricity consumption and makes production processes more sustainable.
In parallel, the company continues to research eco-friendly materials and inks, convinced that the quality of the final product also depends on ethical and environmental choices.
For this reason as well, we have equipped ourselves with LED ovens for ink curing in screen printing, ensuring a significant reduction in energy consumption.
Every step, from the selection of raw materials to printing, reflects Seri-Art’s philosophy: combining innovation, quality and sustainability within the same production process.
