Screen printing on polycarbonate sheets

Seri-Art has a dedicated department for printing polycarbonate sheets for the bike, riding and safety sector. Thanks to its know-how, the company prints sheets, with silkscreen colours, ranging from 0.75 mm to 10 mm.  The main products on which this technique is applied are motorcycle and bicycle helmets, but also those for safety and riding. The material itself benefits from some characteristics like lightness, resistance and transparency.

The peculiarity of Seri-Art’s work consists in the last phase, which is the printing of a serigraphic colour that, during the injection phase of the polystyrene, allows a hermetic cohesion that creates a unique body between polycarbonate and polystyrene. Seri-Art was the first in Italy to experiment with this type of application, thanks to its trusted partners.
